1. Acceptance

By using the Neighborlore website at neighborlorex.pro or enquiring about any of its listed experiences, you accept these terms. If you're making an enquiry or booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that they've agreed to these terms too.

2. What Neighborlore offers

Neighborlore is a Bangkok-based marketplace that connects people with locally-hosted experiences — currently including a beginner photography half-day, a market tour and cooking workshop, and a listing-optimisation package for experience hosts. The site describes what each experience involves and facilitates enquiries and reservations.

We do not provide regulated professional services of any kind. The experiences listed are recreational, creative, or editorial in nature.

3. Eligibility and your obligations

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. By submitting an enquiry form you confirm you're at least 18 and that the information you've provided is accurate.

You agree to use the site and its listed services for their stated purposes only. You'll attend at the confirmed time, follow any reasonable instructions from the host, and behave in a way that doesn't disrupt the experience for other participants.

4. Bookings and payments

Experience prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿): Photography Half-Day ฿4,500 · Market Cooking Workshop ฿3,600 · Listing Optimisation Package ฿11,200. Prices include what's described in each listing and are subject to change before a booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed when we've acknowledged it in writing (by email). Availability is not guaranteed until that confirmation is sent. Payment details and timing are shared during the confirmation process.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before the session start time. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice can typically be rescheduled without an additional charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling without a new payment.

If we need to cancel a session — due to host illness, severe weather, or another reason outside our control — we'll offer a reschedule or a full refund. We'll notify you as early as possible.

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including text, layout, and the Neighborlore name — belongs to us or our hosts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Photos you take during a photography session remain yours. Recipe cards and cheat sheets provided during workshops are for personal use.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to submit false enquiries, scrape content, attempt unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with its operation. The site is for personal and legitimate business enquiries only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The experiences listed are provided as described, but we can't promise that every session will meet every individual expectation. Hosts are independent people, not employees of Neighborlore, and the platform facilitates the connection rather than delivering the experience directly.

To the extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, our liability for any claim arising from use of the site or an experience booking is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including those arising from decisions made based on information on this site.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to external resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts, though we'd always prefer to resolve any issues informally first.

11. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when something meaningful changes — a new service, revised cancellation rules, or a correction. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you've seen the current version.
