Our commitment

Neighborlore aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible — regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. That's not a policy position; it's just how we think a site should work. We're a small team and we take problems seriously when they're reported.

Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the widely accepted baseline for accessible web content.

What we've done

The site is built with accessibility in mind from the start, not added afterwards. The measures we've taken include:

Known limitations

A few areas where we know there's room for improvement:

If you find a problem not mentioned here, please tell us — we'd rather know.

Reporting an issue

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use because of an accessibility barrier, we want to fix it. Please get in touch:

Describe the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We'll aim to respond within five working days.
